Mimi is extremely grateful for coming upon this yogic path as an eternal student and enthusiastic teacher. Mimi is a RYT-200 yoga instructor. Her classes are grounded and intentional, she creates methodical and creative sequences combined with attention to alignment and detail. Mimi trained with Bethany Vaughn of Red Hot Yoga in Atlanta and continues to further her training including Reiki Level 2 Training. Mimi aims to teach a grounding, nurturing and inspiring class that ties in elements of breath work, yogic philosophy with a sweet and heart opening vinyasa flow.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Hardy. Ultimately yoga saved my life. I found yoga at a time where I was struggling with finding healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety. I found myself in unhealthy, unfulfilling relationships. I learned that the love I was searching for was deep inside myself. I also learned that when you control your breath, no one can steal your peace. Yoga means to unite; mind, body and breath.
I combine a POWERful vinyasa flow that builds heat combined with breath & movement. I completed my RYT-200 at Nirvana Yoga Studio of Atlanta. I will always be a student and am very grateful for all the wisdom and love my teachers poured into me. Now I’m on a mission to help you find your yoga. It is so satisfying to me to have a student say that they achieved something practicing with me that they didn’t believe was obtainable. That is what Yoga is to me; “to obtain what was once unobtainable.” I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a sprinkle of motivation to help you deepen your practice. My hope is you step off your mat feeling nourished and balanced. I look forward to sharing space with you soon.

Currently adding instructors to our growing team. Requirements: Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor – 200 hour level (RYT-200) or equivalent experience. Responsible for implementing yoga practices in an effective, safe, and fun environment. Ability to customize yoga classes based on needs, ages, and ability levels.
